Step 1: Purchase Your Training
Complete your course or certification purchase through:
The shopping cart processes your order and payment. No training takes place on the SupremusStore.com website.
Step 2: Check Your Email for Login Information
After your purchase, you will receive a separate email from:
This email will include:
- The URL for the training portal
- Your LMS username
- Your LMS password
- Instructions for starting your courses
Your LMS has two username options: your student email address and the username sent in the email. You can use either.
If you provided a student mobile number, login details are also sent as a text message.
Step 3: Search All Email Folders
Login emails are sometimes filtered into a different email folder. Please check:
- Inbox
- Spam
- Junk
- Promotions
- Updates
- Other
- Quarantine or security folders
Use the global search feature in your email account and search for:

Be sure to search your entire email account, not only your main inbox.
Step 4: Log In and Start Your Training
Once you receive your username and password, visit:
Enter the username and password provided in the email. After logging in, you will be able to access your assigned courses and begin your training.
Cannot Find Your Login Email?
You may reset your LMS password by following these steps:
- Visit www.HIPAAtraining.net/login
- Select Lost your password?
- Enter the student email address used for the order
- Follow the password reset instructions sent to your email
- Return to the login page and sign in with your new password
The password reset email may also be sent to your spam, junk, promotions, or another filtered folder. Search your entire email account if you do not see it in your inbox.
Important Information for Group Purchases
When purchasing training for another person or for multiple students, make sure the correct student email address is provided. Each student should use the email address assigned to their training account when logging in or resetting a password.
The purchaser’s email address and the student’s email address may not always be the same.
