Supremus Group LLC
Supremus Group LLC encourages eligible students and graduates to share their professional achievements. This policy explains when and how individuals may use our credential logos, certification badges, and related designations.
The basic rule: Use only the logo for a credential you have earned, identify yourself as the credential holder, and do not suggest that the logo certifies your employer, business, products, or services.
1. Scope of This Policy
This policy applies to official individual credential logos and digital badges that Supremus Group LLC owns or is authorized to license and makes available for credential-holder use.
Covered credentials include the following, when officially awarded:
| Credential | Full credential name |
| CMCP | Certified Medical Courier Professional |
| CMCE | Certified Medical Courier Expert |
| CHPA | Certified HIPAA Privacy Associate |
| CHPE | Certified HIPAA Privacy Expert |
| CHSE | Certified HIPAA Security Expert |
| CHPSE | Certified HIPAA Privacy Security Expert |
| CCAP | Certified Cybersecurity Awareness Professional |
And others
These credential names correspond to Supremus Group’s published medical courier and HIPAA training programs. Medical Courier Certification
This policy also applies to other individual credential logos that Supremus Group expressly releases under this policy. Listing a credential here does not mean every student is entitled to its logo.
This policy does not authorize independent use of the Supremus Group corporate logo, website logos, training-provider logos, partner logos, government seals, accreditation marks, or third-party trademarks. Those uses require separate authorization from the appropriate rights holder.
2. Who May Use a Credential Logo
You may use a credential logo only after you have completed all applicable program requirements, passed the required assessments, and received confirmation that Supremus Group has awarded you that credential.
Your credential must remain valid under the applicable program rules, and your logo-use permission must not have been suspended or terminated.
Enrollment, payment, attendance, or access to a logo file does not establish eligibility. Students who are still completing a program may accurately state that they are enrolled, but they may not display the earned-credential logo or present themselves as already certified.
A certificate for an individual course does not automatically qualify you for a broader credential. Completing part of a bundle does not authorize use of the logo for the complete credential.
Each credential must be considered separately. For example, you may display both CMCP and CMCE logos only when Supremus Group’s records confirm that both credentials have been awarded to you and remain eligible for display. Purchasing an upgrade does not, by itself, authorize the upgraded logo.
3. License Granted to Eligible Credential Holders
Subject to this policy, Supremus Group grants you a limited, nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, nontransferable, and revocable license to reproduce and display the official logo associated with your earned credential.
This permission is limited to accurately communicating your personal qualifications and promoting your own professional experience or services. You may use the logo while seeking employment, independent contractor opportunities, or clients, provided the display complies with this policy.
There is no separate logo-license fee for these permitted uses. Training, examinations, renewals, replacement materials, and other program charges, when applicable, are separate.
This license does not transfer ownership of a logo, permit you to sell or license it to others, or authorize you to award Supremus Group credentials.
By using a logo under this license, you agree to follow this policy. A publicly accessible logo file is not an unrestricted or public-domain asset.
4. Permitted Uses
Eligible credential holders may use an official credential logo in the following ways without requesting separate approval, provided all other requirements are met:
| Where the logo may appear | Conditions |
|---|---|
| Résumés and professional portfolios | Identify the credential as your own and use its correct name. |
| LinkedIn and other professional profiles | Place the logo within a profile or credential section clearly associated with you. |
| Email signatures and personal business cards | Display your name with the credential designation or logo. |
| Personal websites and professional biographies | Clearly identify you as the credential holder. |
| Employer or business team pages | Place the logo beside your individual name, photograph, or biography, not as a company-wide certification seal. |
| Proposals, capability statements, and professional brochures | Explain that the credential belongs to the named individual whose qualifications are being presented. |
| Social media announcements and professional presentations | Describe the credential accurately and avoid unsupported claims about what it guarantees. |
| Personally assigned work apparel or name badges | Identify you on the same item and ensure only the eligible credential holder uses it. Follow any applicable employer or facility requirements. |
Your name must appear next to the logo or within the same clearly associated profile, signature, or identification area.
A logo must not replace your own identity or business branding, or make your materials appear to have been issued by Supremus Group.
5. Use by Business Owners, Employers, and Teams
An individual credential remains attached to the person who earned it, even when an employer paid for the training.
A credential holder who owns a business may display the logo in connection with that business only when the presentation clearly identifies the credentialed individual.
For example:
“Our owner, Jordan Lee, holds the Certified Medical Courier Expert credential issued by Supremus Group LLC.”
Do not turn that statement into:
“Our company is CMCE certified.”
An employer may display a credential holder’s logo on an individual biography or team page with that person’s permission. The employer must follow this policy and remove or update the display when the person’s affiliation or credential status changes.
One employee’s credential does not authorize a business to represent that every employee, contractor, location, or service is certified. Claims about multiple credential holders must be accurate and supported by current records.
For HIPAA-related marketing, an employee’s training credential must not be presented as proof that the entire organization complies with HIPAA. HHS does not recognize private Security Rule certifications as a substitute for an organization’s legal obligations. HHS.gov
6. Uses Requiring Prior Written Approval
Contact Supremus Group before using a credential logo on vehicle graphics, vehicle magnets, fleet materials, building signs, shared uniforms, general company banners, or other displays that could reasonably appear to certify an organization rather than a named individual.
Prior written approval is also required for co-branded campaigns, merchandise offered for sale, promotional giveaways, or any use outside the permissions expressly granted in this policy.
An approval applies only to the design, purpose, placement, and period identified in the written authorization. Approval of one use does not authorize other uses.
A credential logo must never be used as a substitute for a required shipping mark, hazard label, safety notice, regulatory placard, or official identification.
7. Logo Appearance and Design Requirements
Use only official logo files supplied or approved by Supremus Group for your credential.
You must preserve the logo’s wording, proportions, colors, symbols, and overall appearance. You may resize it proportionally, provided every element remains clear and readable.
Do not redraw, stretch, rotate, crop, recolor, animate, or otherwise alter the logo. Do not add your name, business name, service claims, or other wording inside the logo. Place that information outside it.
Do not use artificial intelligence or design software to recreate the logo or generate a modified version. Use only approved alternate formats, including any approved monochrome or embroidery versions.
Keep sufficient space around the logo so it remains separate from other text and graphics. Follow any additional size, spacing, or background requirements supplied with the official artwork.
Preserve trademark notices included in approved files. Do not independently add a registered trademark symbol, ®. The USPTO limits that symbol to federally registered marks used for the goods or services covered by the registration. USPTO
8. Accurate Credential Names and Statements
Use the credential’s official name and abbreviation. You may place an earned designation after your name, provided you do not suggest a license, degree, authority, or qualification that the credential does not provide.
Examples of acceptable statements, when accurate, include:
Jordan Lee, CMCP
Certified Medical Courier Professional
Credential issued by Supremus Group LLC
“I earned the Certified HIPAA Privacy Security Expert credential through Supremus Group LLC.”
“Our operations manager, Jordan Lee, holds the CMCP and CMCE credentials.”
Do not invent additional credential levels or use descriptions such as “Master,” “Licensed,” “Government Approved,” or “Accredited” unless that wording has been expressly authorized and accurately describes a separately established status.
Translations must preserve the credential’s meaning. Do not translate or modify wording within the official logo unless Supremus Group supplies or approves that version.
9. Prohibited Claims and Misleading Uses
You must not use a credential logo or designation to make false, misleading, or unsupported claims. Advertising claims must be truthful, nondeceptive, and supported by appropriate evidence. Federal Trade Commission
No government approval claims. Do not imply that a Supremus Group credential is a government-issued license or that displaying the logo establishes approval by HHS, OCR, OSHA, DOT, a state agency, or another public authority.
No blanket compliance claims. Do not represent a logo as proof of complete legal or regulatory compliance. In particular, private HIPAA Security Rule certifications do not prevent HHS from finding a violation or relieve an organization of its obligations. HHS.gov
No unauthorized endorsement claims. Do not suggest that Supremus Group endorses, insures, supervises, employs, or partners with you or your business unless a separate written agreement establishes that relationship.
No guaranteed outcomes. Do not claim that the credential guarantees employment, income, contracts, client acceptance, insurance coverage, or eligibility for every type of assignment.
No authority beyond the credential. Do not suggest that a medical courier credential independently authorizes every shipment, regulated activity, vehicle operation, or client engagement. Do not present a training credential as a replacement for separately required licenses, permits, qualifications, or employer authorizations.
No issuing credentials to others. Do not place a logo on certificates you create for employees, contractors, clients, or students, or suggest that you may award Supremus Group credentials.
A small disclaimer does not make an otherwise misleading display acceptable. The overall presentation must accurately communicate who holds the credential and what it represents.
10. Sharing Files and Working With Service Providers
You may provide an official logo file to a designer, printer, website administrator, or employer solely to prepare or maintain a use permitted by this policy on your behalf.
That person or organization receives no independent right to use the logo. You must communicate the applicable restrictions and take reasonable steps to ensure they are followed.
Do not sell, sublicense, publicly redistribute, or upload the source artwork to stock-image services, shared design libraries, or logo-download websites.
You may retain and share an accurate copy of your own certificate as evidence of your achievement, subject to its current status. Nonessential personal information may be redacted, but you must not alter material credential information or conceal an expiration date or status limitation.
Possessing a certificate does not authorize you to extract a corporate logo or seal from it for independent use.
11. Verification and Supporting Records
Keep your credential documentation and provide reasonable evidence of eligibility when Supremus Group requests it.
Supremus Group may ask for screenshots, web addresses, sample artwork, or photographs to review whether a logo is being used correctly. Do not submit patient information, confidential client records, passwords, or other unnecessary sensitive information.
Where Supremus Group provides an individual verification link, use that link when practical. A general course-information page must not be presented as verification that a particular person holds a credential.
Do not create a false verification page, alter a credential identifier, or use another person’s credential details.
12. Credential Status and Duration of Permission
Logo-use permission continues only while you satisfy the applicable credential requirements and comply with this policy.
Expiration dates, renewal requirements, continuing education requirements, and other status conditions are governed by the rules for the specific credential. This policy does not create a universal renewal schedule or promise lifetime certification.
Expiration of access to an online course does not, by itself, establish that a credential has expired. Likewise, continued access to a course or logo file does not establish that a credential remains valid.
If your credential expires, is suspended, is revoked, or is otherwise no longer eligible for current display, stop presenting the logo as evidence of a current credential.
You may accurately describe a past achievement in plain text when its dates and status are clear. For example:
“Previously held [credential name], awarded in [year] and expired in [year].”
Do not use a historical statement to imply that a credential remains current.
13. Review, Correction, Suspension, and Termination
Supremus Group may review logo use and request corrections when a display does not comply with this policy.
For an ordinary formatting or placement issue, we will generally provide written notice describing the concern and allow 10 business days to correct it.
We may require faster removal or immediately suspend logo-use permission where reasonably necessary to address suspected credential fraud, impersonation, material misrepresentation, an invalid credential, or repeated misuse.
When permission is suspended or terminated, you must stop creating or distributing new materials displaying the logo immediately. You must remove or correct existing online displays under your control within the period stated in the notice and stop using printed items, apparel, or other materials that continue the unauthorized display.
For materials controlled by an employer, publisher, or service provider, you must promptly request the required correction and document your efforts. Unless specifically directed otherwise, you are not required to retrieve materials distributed before notice, but you must not distribute remaining stock or continue a known misleading representation.
You may request reconsideration within 30 calendar days of notice by submitting an explanation and supporting records. A reconsideration request does not automatically restore permission.
Termination of logo-use permission does not, by itself, revoke an otherwise valid credential. Credential suspension or revocation is a separate decision governed by the applicable program rules.
Supremus Group may also pursue remedies available under applicable law. This policy does not impose an automatic monetary penalty.
14. Ownership and Reserved Rights
Supremus Group and any applicable rights holders retain all ownership rights in the logos and related artwork.
Your use does not give you ownership, exclusivity, or the right to register the logo or a confusingly similar mark. You may not incorporate a credential logo into your own business logo or register it as part of a business identity, domain name, or social media identity in a way that suggests official ownership or affiliation.
Any goodwill arising from authorized use benefits the applicable rights holder.
This policy does not claim ownership of government names, laws, regulatory terminology, or third-party trademarks.
Nothing in this policy is intended to prohibit truthful statements, lawful criticism, or uses independently permitted by applicable law.
15. Policy Changes and Relationship to Other Terms
Supremus Group may update this policy and its approved artwork. Updates will identify an effective date and apply prospectively.
For material changes affecting previously permitted uses, we will ordinarily provide at least 30 calendar days’ notice through the relevant website or available credential-holder contact information. A shorter period may apply where reasonably necessary to address fraud, legal requirements, or materially misleading use.
Any notice retiring a logo version will explain the transition requirements for digital displays and newly produced printed materials.
This policy provides a specific permission for the credential-logo uses described above, including permitted professional promotion. It does not grant permission to copy, distribute, resell, or commercially exploit course content, examinations, manuals, templates, or other training materials.
To the extent a general restriction in Supremus Group’s training terms would otherwise prohibit a logo use expressly permitted here, this policy controls that specific logo use. Credential-program rules continue to control credential eligibility and status. A separate written logo agreement controls only where it expressly modifies this policy.
Nothing in this policy limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be limited.
