Your course certificates document the subjects you have passed. Your CMCP or CMCE credential certificate documents completion of the full professional training program.
To request your credential, email Mike@hipaatraining.net after finishing all required courses and assessments. Include your name, training account email, and completed program. Our team will check your training record and provide instructions for obtaining your credential certificate and official logo.
Which Program Have You Completed?
CMCP: Certified Medical Courier Professional
You are ready to request CMCP after completing and passing the 12 required courses in the CMCP program.
Your CMCP credential certificate is separate from the certificates issued for individual courses.
CMCE: Certified Medical Courier Expert
CMCE requires successful completion of 14 courses, including the CMCP foundation and the additional highway driver and medical courier business training.
After the full program is completed and verified, eligible graduates receive both CMCP and CMCE credential certificates.
The requirement is completion of the correct program, not just a total number of certificates. Check your required course list before sending your request.

What Happens After You Submit Your Request?
Your training record is reviewed to confirm that you have met the program requirements. Once your completion is verified, the applicable credential certificates are added to your learner account, and you can follow the supplied instructions to access them and obtain the logo information.
Review your certificate before sharing it. Confirm that your name and credential title are correct, then keep a saved copy alongside your individual course certificates.
If you need clarification about the instructions or notice an error, reply to Mike with the relevant details.
When Can You Start Using the Credential Logo?
Use the official CMCP or CMCE logo only after the corresponding credential has been awarded and while you remain eligible under the usage policy. Enrollment, payment, partial completion, or finding a logo online does not provide permission to display it.
Keep the approved design unchanged and place it near your name or professional biography. A credential belongs to the individual who earned it. It should not be presented as certification of every employee or of the entire courier company.
Review the Credential Logo License and Usage Policy before adding the artwork to your professional materials.
Put Your Completed Training Into Your Professional Introduction
After receiving your credential, add its full name to your resume and professional profiles. You can also include your earned designation in your email signature or present it beside your name in a business introduction.
